The scope of the Quality Management System in Amulya includes Information Technology support services, contact center services, web design and multimedia solutions. Internal Audit of all core and supporting processes of Amulya takes place, once in every six months to ensure that the customer satisfaction and service quality are enhanced. External audit by Bureau Veritas takes place once in every year to ensure that the Quality is maintained as per the requirements of the ISO Standard.
